I’m highly successful with a proven track record. Last year, I sold 26 homes in the area, and am in the top three percent of real estate agents on the Toronto Real Estate Board.
As a former mortgage specialist, I’m also well-versed in every step of the home buying process.
I have been in sales my entire life. I enjoy helping people find their perfect home, getting top dollar for someone when they sell and sharing in the excitement of the process. I have successfully flipped several homes and have gained a vast amount of knowledge about the market, real estate investing and construction.
But more than that, I understand real estate because I am actively involved in the market as a home owner and an investor. I was born and raised in Durham Region. I’m a 37-year-old husband and father of three boys – aged nine, seven and four. In my free time, I enjoy riding my ATV, golfing, hockey and doing renovations.
I love Durham Region because I have lived here my entire life. The large majority of my friends and family are also here. It’s a great place to call home!
